Straubing

The Straubing branch is in the centre of the main potato growing area in Lower Bavaria and is the largest collection and processing plan of table potatoes in Eastern Bavaria. The storage capacity of our crate warehouse is approx. 4,500 tons. Fully automatic placing into and releasing from stock as well as the latest ventilation technology allow for controlled long-term storage and consequently first-class quality, even many months after the harvest.
We are a raw material supplier for the processing industry in Germany and abroad, and market table potatoes and onions in all requested packaging units. Key aspects in marketing are: Processing potatoes (e.g. peeled potatoes, potatoes for producing crisps) as well as goods for fresh food markets
(red and yellow skinned varieties) especially for exports to South-East Europe.
The Straubing branch furthermore looks after our Lower Bavarian seed potato propagation areas and handles their loading.
